Patented Nestpak accumulating P&F conveyors by Anchor are unique because they have just one trolley.  Dog-to-dog transfer system boosts production efficiency because time lost during transfer is minimized.  In addition, the power chain cam dog has only one hinge point – and no other moving parts, and there are no linkages or crank arms to wear, jam or clog.  Self-locking cam dog assures positive engagement uphill and downhill.  Carriers can accumulate on short radii horizontal turns: 4" system on 4' radius; 6" system on 6' radius.
